Monthly comparison of total income and total expenses.

Reading the chart

  • Income bars: Total income received each month.
  • Expense bars: Total expenses each month.
  • Net: The difference. Positive = you saved money. Negative = you spent more than you earned.

How rows are classified

A category counts toward income or expense by the sign of its net flow over the period, not by its account path. A net inflow counts as income, even for a category filed under Expenses:, and a net outflow counts as spending, even for one filed under Income:.

Shows monthly bars for the selected period.
